Welcome! My name is Nora and I am thrilled you made it here. Preparing healthy and delicious food is something I love to do and I created this blog to share my experiences and recipes with those who share my passion. My food is often paleo, sometimes vegetarian, occasionally vegan, but always real, whole, legit good stuff that your body will thank you for consuming.
This blog is dedicated to my Mom (pictured below, center) who spent (and continues to spend!) tireless hours preparing wholesome, tasty meals for my sister (pictured far left) and me. Bringing raw veggies to snack time may not have made us the most popular girls in elementary school, but it made us strong, smart and alert. Thanks Mom, for loving us enough to feed us real food even when we begged for Twinkies and Coco Puffs.
My boyfriend Ashley (pictured below) is someone you will hear about frequently on this blog. We cook together a lot and try to travel as much as we can. I will blog about our adventures and be sure to post pics of the great food we encounter along the way. He gives me confidence to try take risks in the kitchen because he eats EVERYTHING.
I am a former college athlete and live in Chicago. I spend my daytime hours managing a nationwide health and wellness campaign at a marketing agency. This experience has been a driving force for me to share my knowledge about and love for food that makes people healthier and prevents disease.
Commenting on the blog, firstname.lastname@example.org or @noshnoshbaby on twitter are the best way to reach me.
Thanks for reading! Bon Appetit!
